How to verify your Nova Sport?
Vauxhall Motors Heritage archives hold a record of all the cars that were ordered from factory, held on a hand written list. If you would like to check if your car appears on the original Vauxhall Motorsport list, then you can do so by following Vauxhall’s instructions below. Once your car is confirmed by Vauxhall Heritage, please send us a copy and we can add your car to the Confirmed Cars section of the Register. Along with receiving confirmation that your Sport is one of the original cars that featured on the Vauxhall list for the Homologation records, you can quite often find out who the supplying dealership was when your car was new, and the month your car was due for delivery.
We suspect that once this site is launched that there will be an influx of requests to have cars verified with Vauxhall Heritage, and in turn an influx of requests for cars to be added to our confirmed cars section. Please remember the Verification service is operated single handedly by Andrew Duerden and response times for confirmation may vary due to the volume of requests that may occur in a short period of time. We will also update any cars once we have received a copy of your confirmation letter. Please note no letters will be published unless at your request, and all records are confidential..
